Help to search for birthday present - 24th Nov 08

Yesterday my friend and i went to TM for lunch and also to shop ard. He is looking for a birthday gift for his "not-yet-to-be girlfriend". Haha... Howcome i say not-yet-to be leh??? Coz currently this girl is still attached and yet she is also seeing my friend almost daily but then my friend is still not considered as her boyfriend yet. I did ask my friend howcome he still put in so much efforts on this girl since she got bf. My friend said that upfront he dunno that she got bf coz my friend send her to and froth office almost everyday and they talk on the phone daily too. So if a girl got boyfriend, surely she won't spend so much time with another guy right??? Then is only when my friend want to ask her to be his girlfriend then he realise she got a boyfriend already. But then time & feelings spent cannot be reversed back just like that mah, so he is hoping that she will break and be with him. Next mth is the girl's birthday and she plan to see if her current boyfriend will have any actions or not (currently her boyfriend neglect her alot and she felt left-out) & if things still never improve she will break with that guy and be with my friend.
Alot of ppl sure will say my friend is stupid coz he is like a spare tyre but then relationship kind of things where got right or wrong? I can only say Love is Blind.... Personally I won't like such a girl coz i find that she is selfish... Just bcoz she felt that her boyfriend neglect her and there is a new guy in her life which shows care & concern, then she just hold on to both guys. Can't she just make a decision right away as to which one to choose??? Although that's my personal opinion, i still hope my friend will be happy so pray hard and see what's the outcome in Dec.
My friend wanted to get the girl a TarePanda plush toy coz she just threw away her old one. But then it is quite tough to find TarePanda stuff now, esp he wants the GIGANTIC one. Finally he managed to find one online (27" x 20") and it costs US$76.95!!! My goodness... I really hope this girl is worth the time and $$$ spent....
